    CPT Eligibility
    You are eligible for a CPT internship if you are currently a full-time university student in the United States.

    OPT Eligibility
    You are eligible for an OPT internship if you have graduated from a university in the United States.

  • H-1B Specialty Occupations

    H-1B is for an individual in occupations that require the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and a bachelor’s degree or higher in the specific specialty, or its equivalent.

    O-1 Extraordinary Ability or Achievement

    O-1 is for the individual who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized H-

    You are eligible for an H-1B job if you meet one of the following criteria:

    1. Have completed a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree required by the specific specialty occupation from an accredited college or university, or

    2. Hold a foreign degree that is the equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree in the specialty occupation, or

    3. Hold an unrestricted state license, registration, or certification which authorizes you to fully practice the specialty occupation and be engaged in that specialty in the state of intended employment, or

    4. Have education, training, or progressively responsible experience in the specialty that is equivalent to the completion of such a degree, and have recognition of expertise in the specialty through progressively responsible positions directly related to the specialty.

    You are eligible for an O-1 job if you can demonstrate extraordinary ability by sustained national or international acclaim and you are coming temporarily to the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability.

    Extraordinary ability in the fields of science, education, business or athletics means a level of expertise indicating that the person is one of the small percentage who has risen to the very top of the field of endeavor.

    Extraordinary ability in the field of arts means distinction. Distinction means a high level of achievement in the field of the arts evidenced by a degree of skill and recognition substantially above that ordinarily encountered to the extent that a person described as prominent is renowned, leading, or well-known in the field of arts.

    To qualify for an O-1 job in the motion picture or television industry, the beneficiary must demonstrate extraordinary achievement evidenced by a degree of skill and recognition significantly above that ordinarily encountered to the extent the person is recognized as outstanding, notable or leading in the motion picture and/or television field.

  • Employment-based Immigration

  • J-1 Teaching

    We have need for K-12 teachers to teach • Kindergarten to Grade 3 (K-3) (Must be able to teach all content areas: Reading Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) • Autism and Special Education (K-12) • Technology (K-12) • Gifted and Talented (K-12) • and all other content areas (K-12) .

    J-1 Teaching Eligibility
    You are eligible to teach in the U.S. for up to 5 years if:

    1. You are currently a teacher in your home country, or
    2. You have an advanced degree within the past 12 months in either education or in the academic subject field in which you intend to teach.
    AND
    1. You have at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the past 8 years, and
    2. You have at least a Bachelor's degree in either education or in the academic subject field in which you intend to teach, and
    3. You are proficient in English.
